Get to Know Banff & Canmore Wedding Photographer Jenna Grey

I am a local Banff and Canmore wedding and elopement photographer, who has lived in the Canadian Rockies for 18 years. Being local as a photographer, allows me to ensure that I can create one of a kind images for my clients in the best locations (no matter the weather).

I also photograph weddings across the globe, as a destination wedding photographer. I aim to create refined, timeless imagery in some of the world’s most beautiful settings. My work is rooted in editorial storytelling and letting moments unfold naturally - where emotion, design, and environment come together with intention. I have photographed weddings and elopements across the world in Iceland, Italy, Ireland, California, Washington, and beyond, working seamlessly within diverse cultures and elevated celebrations.

Before photography, I worked internationally as an executive with luxury brands, an experience that shaped my trained eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail. That foundation informs how I photograph weddings today, with a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, visual balance, and understated elegance.

My approach to photography is calm, intuitive, and rooted in simplicity. I offer gentle guidance while allowing space for genuine connection and that feels natural and work that transcends trends - imagery that preserves beauty, connection, with a sense of refinement that lasts. It's important to me that each image feels considered, personal to their story and enduring, for my clients.

Family is central to my life and work. After more than 10 years as a Canmore and Banff based wedding photographer, and raising my children here - I have a deep, personal connection to the Canadian Rockies that informs how I show up for my clients.

My partner, Gabriel, is a huge source for love, creative inspiration and is my eternal collaborator in both heart and art. As an artist and wedding photographer of over 20 years, we share a deep respect for the craft and a commitment to meaningful, intentional storytelling.
